Saltwall is The New Universal Shopfittings Solution

by David Murphy

Due to advances in slatwall component technology, it is now easier than ever for retailers to construct a quality, long-lasting display. Everything from “no brackets required” exists now, and the flexibility and ease with which displays can now be customized is absolutely astounding! In addition, slatwall components come in many types of materials, from plastic to metal, and in a wide variety of sizes, which again leads itself to the variety and uniformity, and of course, longevity of a display.

You come home after a long day at work. You are tired, maybe a little stressed. Relaxing would be nice option or even better yet, how about a massage? Unfortunately, my house did not come with masseuse service. However, there is another option: A shiatsu massage chair. Should You Use a Trimmer or Edger on Your Lawn?

by Keith Markensen

While a lawnmower is essential to caring for your lawn, a trimmer or edger is also important. The reason for this is that many lawnmowers cannot reach areas of your grass next to walls, patios, or trees. To make your lawn look neat and tidy, use an edger to finish the job.

It can be hard to choose a type of trimmer or edger. Edgers have a traditional design with dual blades and a long wooden handle. Although they work quite well for the job, they have an old-fashioned design. They require no gas, and are lightweight. You’ll need to keep the blades clean and sharp, but they can do your edging in just a few minutes.

CCTV history and usage examined

by Giles May

Close-circuit television or CCTV transmits video footages from mounted cameras to remote monitors, commonly for security and safety purposes. The transmission can take place either wirelessly or through cables connecting the video camera to the monitors.

Originally developed in Germany in 1942 to record the launch of V2-rocket by German engineer Walter Bruch, the CCTV system was installed in main business streets in an effort to prevent crimes. Banks and stores followed suit, monitoring the activities within the establishment. CCTV systems are available for private individuals today for the security of their homes and properties.
