As we get older we quickly forget that our bodies are not the same way they used to be. Our bodies do not recover as quick as they used to. Let me explain more. I can remember getting a call from an old friend who was in the process of moving into a new larger home. He was a friend that I knew since grade school. We had play on a lot of sports teams together. We were very close. He felt like family to me.
