What Kind of Stand Mixer Should You Invest In?

by Moses Harun

There are various KitchenAid mixers designed by the company and several of these machines are engineered to help prepare smaller portions of food. An example is the KitchenAid Classic stand mixer. This appliance is small as mixers go although it still makes it simple and quick to make satisfying foods and dough. This handy little mixer also is able to employ many different KitchenAid accessories.

The KitchenAid Classic stand mixer houses a 250 watt motor. This motor works with a ten setting speed control to help mix your ingredients completely and properly using various speeds from a quick whip to a methodical stir. KitchenAid’s Classic also features a time-saving tilt-head design. This works in that the spinning part of the mixer can be tilted backwards so that it will be easy to replace the beaters and to simplify access to the mixing bowl.

This mixer is made to use a four and a half quart mixing bowl. This bowl will easily handle eight cups of bread dough. It can yield three loaves of bread or six dozen cookies in one session.

Another excellent feature of this mixer is that it includes a brushed stainless steel finish. This finish covers the complete mixer and allows the mixer to be more sturdy and less demanding to maintain for many more years. This durability is further supported by the complete one-year warranty where a full replacement can be provided for the unlikely event when a KitchenAid mixer breaks down.

Still another useful accessory for KitchenAid’s little wonder is that it includes “C” dough hook kneads. These kneads are used to knead bread dough at various speeds. It works very well for creating dough that you can make into bread and pizza. Other useful mixing components may be used to make different dishes as well, and these include a wire whip and a flat beater.

The power hub located at the top of the mixer can be adapted for quite a few optional features. These attachments from KitchenAid include a food grinder, a ravioli maker and a pasta cutter and roller just to name a few.

Perhaps the most practical feature of this KitchenAid mixer is that it is startlingly reasonably priced. The standard retail price on the KitchenAid Classic mixer is a very reasonable $240, although quite a few stores will have sales where it can cost less than two hundred dollars. This is an exceptional deal for a quality mixer.

The KitchenAid Classic stand mixer is a fantastic machine to use for any home. The KitchenAid Classic mixer is very useful when kneading dough and blending other foods in an uncomplicated way. It works with various speeds and is also well-made. This mixer is also very affordable for any budget.
